“Use ACV for WEIGHT LOSS and improve general HEALTH at the same time!” ACV and healthy weight benefits have been utilized for centuries and used throughout the world. ACV is a home remedy and natural way to shed pounds.

ACV comes from the double fermentation of whole apples. It should be raw, not distilled, filtered, or pasteurized. The extra processing steps destroy many essential elements such as vitamins, nutrients, and fermentation products.

Most health food stores carry raw ACV labeled with the “mother.”

How much to take?

Take one or two teaspoons of ACV in a glass of water before each meal.

To avoid tooth enamel erosion and throat irritation afterward, you should drink plain water to wash it down.

How does it work?

The nutrients, enzymes, and organic acids in ACV help with weight reduction, because they help suppress the appetite, speed up the metabolic rate, decrease water retention and keep good health.

Recent medical research has highlighted the connection between levels of insulin and weight loss. ACV helps with weight control by stabilizing blood sugar and reducing insulin required after a meal.

With ACV, the weight loss will be gradual but permanent. It takes time for the body’s fat cells to adjust to their new size.

How long will it take?

D.C. Jarvis, M.D. spent many years practicing medicine in Vermont and observing the effects of home remedies used throughout the green mountains. He found if a woman takes two teaspoons of ACV in a glass of water at each meal, she will lose 15 pounds a year, without changing her diet, except avoiding fatty foods.

In a four-week experiment, Professor Carol S. Johnston, a nutritionist at the Arizona State University, had further investigated the beneficial relationship between vinegar and diabetes. As an unexpected side effect of vinegar, her test subjects were losing weight! They took two tablespoons of vinegar before two meals each day for four weeks and lost 2-4 pounds, but the control group without taking vinegar showed no change in weight.

Some helpful tips

You can add honey to the mixture, use fruit or vegetable juice instead of water, or add honey to improve the taste.
